We moved to Rowntree Way vets from another local practice just over a year ago. The care and consideration that our pets have received has been second to none. Our pets are known by sight and name and as owners we are always given time and space to ask questions, understand procedures, and make enquiries. Rosemary, Kate and Helen run an amazing service and we are very grateful to have them as our vet services.

I couldn’t love this practice more. I am equidistant between this branch and the main Bishops Stortford one. Obviously they are not as fully equipped as the main hospital but for everything routine I would always chose this branch. There is one vet/nurse/treatment room which provides a lovely calm environment for nervous pets. In contrast the main hospital is full of barking dogs, people rushing around and banging doors. I have to single Rosemary out for special praise. She is absolutely my favourite vet across both practices. As well as being an excellent vet she is calm, compassionate and pragmatic. I have to thank her for her continuing care of my elderly cat with IBD

Brilliant practice with even more brilliant staff. Every member of staff is friendly, caring, professional and really care about animals. The Vets and Vet nurses are always very knowledgable, thorough, kind and have a lovely manner with my dog. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I highly, highly recommend them. Rosemary is extremely kind. Knowledgable and extremely thorough. She follows up on everything and us meticulous, I love how calm she is with my dog. Kate is extremely efficient, nothing is too much trouble and she always knows who my dog is and clearly cares very much for animals and is very kind. She always takes the time to ask how my dog is. My dog has recently been in hospital and the staff looked, after him so well, explained everything in normal language and were so kind. Loved the team with too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend .

Do not have a bad word say about this vets, all the staff have been wonderful, caring and kind. Our cat has recently broke her leg, and not only have they helped look after our cat, but they have looked after us to. ( And I'm sure they will continue to in the next few weeks! ) Couldn't give them enough praise.

Our first visit back for booster vaccinations and a health check since Koda was seen as a pup .Lovely friendly staff and a thorough examination to ensure Koda was fit and well before being given his injections.Nothing was rushed and Koda was happy and relaxed throughout. It was a positive experience for both of us .I recommend this Veterinary Practice without hesitation .Thank you .
