We are extremely dissatisfied with the veterinary care provided by Karen Edwards for our dog. Based on our experience, we have submitted a formal complaint to the RCVS and awaiting their response.

This veterinary practice is a breath of fresh air. The pets and their owners are the primary consideration, nothing is too much trouble. We have been using the practice for a year, and without the care of Karen our elderly cat would have died of a urine infection, she even spent the night with him in the clinic giving fluids to maintain his kidneys. When we went on holiday she looked after both our cats continuing antibiotic treatment and sending daily updates! So reassuring, we would not have been able to go away without her expert care and attention. The service is second to none. How lucky we are to have such an amazing team locally working 7 days a week. Thank you so much for your service and dedication

For almost 1 year now I have been using Independent Pet Clinics- Saffron Walden and “cannot” recommend them enough! Karen and all the staff have been absolutely amazing and I’ve had a few different pet emergencies these past 11months! Had an appointment booked for 6pm but was worried about my dog and they got me straight in with her, everybody was so kind and I now thankfully have one happy pup! Highly recommend this vets as you can tell that they really care about the animals and I'm just so glad I found this place 😊
