We were referred to SVS by our family Vet at Pets at Home (Bishops Stortford) for further detailed scans and surgery. I can’t thank both enough! If it hadn’t been for their quick response and action my little boy wouldn’t have survived. SVS are incredibly thorough and informative. They took over and sprang into action to give my pooch the best chance of a healthy recovery. The staff are kind and considerate and I felt my boy was in the very best hands. I was allowed to visit too while he was recovering! Thank you so much everyone at SVS!!!❤️🩷🩵💜

Absolutely wonderful. Both the people and the place. Obviously it's not the sort of place people would want to have to visit but I must say, from the moment Marnie and I walked in to when we left the place was friendly, spotless, calming and very professional. Receptionists were really good and Kit the I had the appointment with was fantastic. And Luke giving us the results was very informative and made us feel very at ease. We cannot thank the whole team enough for the wonderful care they gave to our poorly cat, Nugget. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating, kind, and reassuring. The vets and nurses looked after him so incredibly well that he didn’t even want to get back into his carrier to come home — which says everything about how safe and comfortable they made him feel! It’s such a relief as a pet owner to know your much-loved pet is in such caring and capable hands. A special thank you as well to the receptionists, who were absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout. Their warmth and support really made a difference. We’re so grateful to the entire team for taking such great care of Nugget. 💛

From the very first consultation, Darren’s detailed explanations and calm confidence made it clear we were in the hands of a true leader in his field.
