We cannot thank the whole team enough for the wonderful care they gave to our poorly cat, Nugget. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating, kind, and reassuring. The vets and nurses looked after him so incredibly well that he didn’t even want to get back into his carrier to come home — which says everything about how safe and comfortable they made him feel! It’s such a relief as a pet owner to know your much-loved pet is in such caring and capable hands. A special thank you as well to the receptionists, who were absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout. Their warmth and support really made a difference. We’re so grateful to the entire team for taking such great care of Nugget. 💛

We can’t thank Darren and the team at Stansted Vets enough for the incredible care they gave our dog, Roy, during his shunt surgery this week. From the very first consultation, Darren’s detailed explanations and calm confidence made it clear we were in the hands of a true leader in his field. Roy stayed with the team for a full week, and throughout that time he received exceptional, around-the-clock care. The level of attention and compassion shown by everyone involved gave us huge peace of mind during what was an anxious time. We were initially a little nervous about using Stansted Veterinary Hospital given it’s such a new facility, but after learning more about Darren and the team — the founders and true experts behind the practice — we knew Roy would be cared for by highly skilled surgeons and vets. We were absolutely right. Darren’s surgical expertise and the team’s dedication have made a world of difference to Roy’s recovery. My boy was having cluster seizures and our local vet had recommended stansted vet specialists. I was skeptical at first because champ is our very very much loved pet and going somewhere you have never been before causes worries. The moment that we walked in the ladies on reception where very polite and offered tea and coffee or water for us. Then when rachel called us in, and as soon as she started speaking me and my mrs knew straight away champ is in the right place. She has so much knowledge about dogs its incredible. And also care. We had to leave champ there over night and i am so sure that stansted vet specialists looked after champ as if he were one of their own pets. Champs blood test and mri scan results where very good, unfortunately he does have epilepsy but no tumour or inflammation, thank god. When we went to pick him up rachel was so informative and such a smiley person. She explained everything to us really well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please guys. Honestly, if you ever need the best of the best do not hesitate to take your loved pets here. And i know its not always about money, i will give the world for my boy but the prices and the care you get is unbelievable. Well done guys. Champ is now sleeping in my arms like a little baby ❤️❤️😄😄😄 Just a quick edit. Because of stansted veterinary specialist quick diagnosis and care my boy is so much better now. He is adapting to the meds and its only been a week. Thank you so much guys for giving us the best care.

Our dog took a big fall from a tree in the summer and we took our dog Bandit here. The facilities were great and the team were lovely. Really helped with the recovery of Bandit who is back to his old self. I don't think we'd be as lucky as we were with the dog without their help.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the vets and the entire team for the incredible care you gave to Amber. She came to you extremely unwell, and at one point, I truly didn’t know if I would see her again. You worked your magic, and now she is back in my arms with her beautiful puppies. The care you gave both Amber and us made me feel she was in the very best hands possible. Everything was explained clearly and with kindness, which helped us understand what Amber was going through. You always took the time to talk to us about her condition and her care, and that meant more to us than I can put into words. I will always be truly grateful, and I would highly recommend you to anyone with animals. You can see how much you all love your jobs, the long hours and dedication do not go unnoticed. I often saw the same familiar faces and wondered if you ever had time to go home! That level of commitment is truly amazing. Thank you as well to the receptionists, who were so kind and supportive during such a worrying time. We cannot thank the team at Stansted Veterinary Specialists enough. From the time we walked through the doors, after being referred urgently by our local vets, to the time we collected Margot the following week, we felt heard and cared for. Siobhan and Julia, on reception looked after us, kept us calm and informed and talked us through the insurance process all with a touch a humour that provided much needed laughter. El rushed in to consult and examine Margot on her day off and took the time to explain everything in detail to us, she then performed emergency diagnostics and spinal surgery - calling us during and after the procedure to reassure us and keep us in the loop. The care Margot received all weekend was exemplary and great attention was paid to making sure her existing allergies weren’t exacerbated. Ines, met with us on Monday and walked us through what to expect during the recovery phase and demonstrated the physio and manual handling required to help assist Margot’s recovery. Everything was done without rushing and ensuring both Margot and ourselves were happy and comfortable at all times. Margot has continued to recover well and we are amazed at how great she is, as normally she is very ill after surgery and she usually reacts to anaesthetic. We are so happy and want everyone to know how amazing Stansted veterinary Specialists is!!!
