My dog Elsie was seen quickly as an emergency patient, directions were provided which were very good, the vet was prompt very thorough and covered all aspects of the issue including doing tests while we waited. So far the meds provided have helped and we are seeing signs of recovery. Thankyou.

Been charged £403 to be given paracetamol after waiting for 3 hours on Christmas Day from 3.30pm to 7pm. My dog needed also an xray, they said at 7pm that the surgery was too busy to take one (they would have if earlier in the day) and that I should have returned in the morning for the xray to pay another £324 of Emergency fees plus treatment ( xray fees) and wait probably the same hours. I cannot believe it. Luckily I have insurance which I hope will cover but this is not right. When I left the waiting room was empty. Very dissatisfied. If I had been told on the phone in advance when I called at 3pm I would have not even bothered. I hope my dog will be ok after being sent home with paracetamol tablets whilst my dog has a 4x4 feet chamois leather cloth stuck in the gut somewhere.

I had to take my elderly Labradoodle (15yrs) here last week when she dislocated her hip. There was a real lack of sympathy hardly any communication as to what was going on. The vet did not really explain very well or show xrays only said we were to be referred to another orthopedic vets. Thankfully the service there was 100 times better. They have also been really bad at processing our Claim. I will never go back here I would rather drive to another County. All I ask is for them to show interest and compassion, which were very much lacking. Considering how much it cost not a great experience in my opinion. There is even a sign saying you can't use the toilet. Great!!

Very nice and sympathetic staff. Didn’t have to wait too long to see the vet. The vet was very good and really helped with our dog. Giving meds and advice and suggestion for further exploration. We followed up the next day with X-rays at our usual vet and our precious canine is now on the mend. The vet we saw was very communicative and really looked into the issue - not just sending us away with anti biotics - as I have experienced once in the past with another vet. The price tag for treatment out of hours was very expensive - but as the help and advice I received was good I’m not complaining. The practice was well staffed on our arrival - and I’m sure those people would rather be at home. 🏡 so I’m grateful to all of them and for the service

Took my Cavapoo, Maggie to Vets Now as she was having trouble sitting, lying down & moving around. I saw a lady vet (sorry I can't remember her name. Lovely long dark hair). She gave her a thorough examination & was very attentive & gentle. Gave us good clear information on the problem & the medication & clear advice. On ringing the vets the receptionist was very kind, caring & helpful too! Maggie is feeling much better. Thank you!

Demolition of a turkey drumstick, by a German Shepherd boarding at mine, needed an insured out of hours xray to ensure digestion likely to be adequate. Professional detailed attention, advice re what to watch for, and follow-up. Right as rain once anesthetic had worn off. Thank you. 😄

Following a health concern with my 8 month old kitten I called vets now and was answered by a friendly and calm call handler who advised of the process. On arrival I was met with friendly staff that ensured I was fully informed throughout the visit and during his stay overnight. They also ensured that I knew how to care for him at home. Would highly recommend them.
