Greeted by a familiar face Jackie at the reception desk and then seen by a lovely caring vet who knew exactly how to act around my 2 GSDs relaxing them and making the whole process a pleasant one without me having to watch the girls because they were nervous and he was happy to answer any questions how ever silly they may have been. Thank you

Thank you to all the staff being so kind to Pixi, she is 18 and hates leaving home, she was the most relaxed i had ever seen she was so good and this was down to the staff being empathetic and acutally like animals..

So happy with the care our cats receive from Apollo, Daniel who we have seen a few times is thorough and explains everything really well you can see he has a real passion for animal care and that reflects every visit we trust his opinion and knowledge implicitly and this makes for a stress free visit as we know our cats are in safe hands. Phone is always answered promptly when you ring and everything is explained thoroughly couldn’t ask for more in all honesty we’ve had a great experience with Apollo Vets and appreciate their care and guidance

From start to finish this practice was amazing! The welcome in Reception was warm and friendly. The consultation rates amongst one of the best we have ever experienced, fully explained and handled with care for our elderly dog. This practice made us feel so good about taking her, nothing seemed too much trouble for them, with the vet answering our many questions with such patience. Thank you for taking care of our old girl - would recommend you in a heartbeat.
