I took my elderly Yorkie to Haven vets at Frinton for the first time. What a wonderful first impression! The receptionist was welcoming and easy to talk to both upon arrival and making the appointment [thank you!] The vet, Kim, was lovely. Very caring and kind and I didn't feel pushed into having treatments that wasn't really necessary. Kim actually sat on the floor to let my dog go to her which I have never seen with the previous practice I went too. It really did make a difference. Thank you to the staff at Haven Frinton! You are a credit to the company.

Haven were amazing when I had to bring my girl in to go over the bridge. They were empathetic and kind the whole time, the vet gave me time to spend with her before and after. They made a very traumatic experience a little easier. The care they showed me helped x

I have nothing but glowingly positive comments about the staff and service at Haven Veterinary Practice. All the vets, nurses, receptionists and assistants have been so kind - I wish I could remember more names but Olivia is one of the (I’m sure many) nurses who has provided excellent care to one of my cats. One of my cats required a dental and has indications of chronic kidney disease - all information was communicated clearly to me and with compassion. I felt informed about all options available and have never felt pressured into making decisions. The building itself is also fantastic. It’s clean and spacious, with lots of informative and interesting posters. It’s clear they take cat wellbeing seriously with a separate upstairs waiting area for cats. Happy with this vets. They are very helpful and show that they love animals. The staff are friendly and professional. Was shown this today with the way they dealt with 2 customers who came to pickup their pets ashes.

I had a heartbreaking experience with this veterinary practice in Clacton. I found them unhelpful, rushed, and more focused on money than genuinely caring for animals. Their diagnosis was poor, and I believe it contributed to the loss of my beloved little cat. I trusted them with her life, and they let us down completely. I would never return and do not recommend this vet to anyone who truly loves their pet.

Happy standard Poodle and owner seen by such a lovely young vet Wassim. Really caring and showed enthusiasm towards Harry. Full on great listening skills and an understanding to my dogs health and wellbeing, with a refreshing open mind to natural anti microbial pure essential oils. Very much required as we move into a changing world. Would highly recommend him and trust him to treat Harry again. Many thanks.
