Earlier this week we took our Retriever, Reg, to see Alina for his 6 monthly MOT, vaccination boosters and nail trim. As always the experience was positive. He can be a little nervous at the vets but Alina gained his trust, was really kind and gentle with him, and she checked him over thoroughly. Nothing was rushed and she made time to chat with us about him. The following day we bumped into Alina outside the practice and she made a point of coming over to see Reg and say hello again. Additionally we had an out of hours emergency situation a few weeks ago when Reg managed to swallow the outer cover of a tennis ball he picked up in a dog field. Our call to ASL was answered immediately and the vet we spoke with (sorry, can’t remember her name) was really helpful. We talked everything through in detail, and although she would have been happy to see him immediately we agreed the best course of action was to monitor him at home for a few hours in the hope it would soon appear at the “other end”. Which is exactly what happened the next morning! Everything was handled calmly and sensibly, we were happy to accept her advice and there was no hard sell for an out of ours consultation. The care at ASL is so genuine and professional. All the team members we have met so far have been great and in this day and age we really value the fact that we are with an independent rather than corporate practice. 100% recommended.

Amazing experience as always today. Ralph is anxious at the vets but everyone made a fuss and he was ok. I love the emergency out of hours service which is unique. And the WhatsApp chat function is brilliant and unique. Best vets and the boys both love Alina

All the team at ASL have been amazing with Lara & ourselves . So glad we moved our two greyhounds to Alina's practice . I would congratulate every member of staff we have had the pleasure of encountering as they all are a credit to the practice. The personal care and continuity with all staff makes each visit so much easier.

So glad we made the move to ASL vets. They really are an excellent vets. We have used them a few times with our dog Leo and each time the care and service we have received from reception to the vet has been fantastic. Excellent care and time taken with our dog. So pleased we found this excellent vets.
