My fur baby passed away last week đ˘. So glad we had the team at Rayleigh your vets, to support us. From the vet to the nurses on duty after hours were amazing, they were attentive and caring to my darling girl. Even after passing. They have a calming room where you can sit on a sofa with your pet, making the awful experience more homely and peaceful for them. Just want to say thank you so much for the years of caring for our girl.

Had a medical emergency with my cat. Rang vets at 4.15pm was told to go straight down. Got there at 4.30 cat taken straight in. Unfortunately he couldn't be saved but can not fault the vet/reception ladies. They were compassionate gave us all the facts. Can not fault them at all. Thank you your vets in horrific circumstances you made it easier.

I brought 2 of my dogs in for their annual vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. Expensive as the bill came to over ÂŁ400. Emily at reception mentioned if I had been a healthy pet club member it would have been free. I have no idea why we havenât signed up previously as we did for our third dog. Having a gentle reminder from Emily about the HPC has made a difference. Thank you very much for providing information very much needed. Sarah, Pepper and Smudge.

Very bad veterinary clinic. Doctors are unprofessional. Prices are abnormal. They charge a lot of money and do not help anything and do not consult, they prescribe the most expensive drugs that do not help anything. You do not know how to treat her, so it is better not to do it. After your clinic, no one gets better, only dies. Money is more important to you, not treatment. I do not recommend this terrible clinic.

Awful experience trying to obtain flea and worm treatment from this veterinary practice, originally informed it takes up to 7 days, I still had no luck so numerous calls thereafter still resulted in being given unprofessional excuses such as âitâs the 6 weeks holidaysâ âwe are under staffedâ âit will be done Saturdayâ but then told âwe donât do prescriptions on Saturdaysâ now 12 days after and still no sign of the prescription being processed, waiting time on the phone to get through to anyone one on reception is absolutely absurd majority of the time 15 to 20 minutes just to be cut off!! Another veterinary practice requested my dogs medical history as I reached out to them as a back up and YOURVETS at Rayleigh decided to take it upon their unprofessional selves to cancel the prescription I had been waiting 12 days for and not even informed me that this has been cancelled so now I have had to register my dog elsewhere and start the process again but luckily for me my new vets process their prescriptions within a timely manner of 48 hours Reception staff are rude and unprofessional and interfering when not requested. If you want a decent veterinary practice definitely do not go here!

Spacious practice, spotlessly clean, lots of seats and special raised platforms for cat baskets. Receptionists kind and helpful. Vet very caring and considerate. Treated my cat as an individual case and explained all he did during the consultation and what the proposed plan of action is. Excellent service. Would highly recommend đ
