I had to make the awful decision to put my beautifull girl millie to sleep is knew I wanted my dog euthanized at home so after looking I found the home vet care service . The communication was brilliant and when the day arrived they explained everything and they treated my baby with great care respect and dignity and they gave us the time to say our goodbyes . Would highly recommend if you find yourself in this difficult situation they made a very difficult time easier . Thankyou Best wishes Donna and Family x

Thank you Kate and Laura for giving my giant continental the most peaceful passing with so much dignity and respect. I appreciated the small details that meant so much, like the gentle knock on the door (instead the horrendously loud chime of my doorbell) and helping Maya as she passed into a way that looked comfortable. The time didn’t feel rushed, and they were so gentle and kind, I felt comfortable to be really present with Maya as she passed. I’m so glad I was able to give Maya that gift of being at home so she wasn’t so scared. Kate and Laura’s respect and love for animals really shone through. They were warm, professional and informative from beginning to end. I can’t thank them enough.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog Roary to sleep, and the home vet service were incredible. They were so kind and supportive, helping us feel sure we were making the right decision for our boy. They kept us informed throughout and answered all our questions with patience and compassion. We’re truly grateful for the care they gave Roary and the kindness they showed our family.

My cat had been so ill and I feared the worse. I knew that losing my baby was always going to be extremely difficult. I never wanted our last memories of each other to be her crying as I put her in a cat carrier to go to the vet. I called and spoke to Laura, and Laura and Kate came that very evening. Kate assessed my cat and explained thoroughly what was wrong, and that the best thing to do was let her go. They treated my cat with such dignity and allowed me to hold my baby as she was put to sleep. I wish all vets were like this. They kept reassuring me I had taken great care of her and given her a good life. They also replied to my texts afterwards, answering my questions, and kindly let me know my baby arrived safely at the crematorium. Thank you Laura and Kate for treating my little girl in such a kind, calm and respectful way.

The home vet care service is exceptional ! We have a very fluffy cat who had a lot of matts on her tummy we didn’t feel comfortable without help. Laura was so caring and understanding with our cat and us too. She talked us through what we needed to do. Having a home visit to do this made this so much better and I would recommend Kate and Laura to anyone. Thank you 😻😻😻

Sadly I recently needed to use this service to have my beautiful girl PTS. From the initial contact Kate & Laura were professional yet so understanding, caring, reassuring and informative. I have absolutely no doubt I put my girl in the best hands for her final journey, they came at the time we requested and I felt I could take as long as I need to say goodbye, she passed in my arms. I just wish I had known about them before as my girl could have had their home vet service rather being scared at stressed visiting a well know local surgery. Thank you Kate and Laura x

It was great sadness that we had to have our dog put to sleep. We were recommended the Home Vet Care Service. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Laura kept us informed throughout and arranged for her and Kate to visit our home. They were so professional and explained the whole process to the family and were so caring to Hooch our beloved American Bulldog. I cannot recommend Laura and Kate enough for their compassion and professionalism.

Kate and Laura came to us today to put our beautiful boy William to sleep. He was nearly 15 years old, a basset hound who we have been lucky enough to have in our family since he chose us as a puppy. He was adored by us all and we couldn’t have loved him more. But sadly his back leg had gone and everything was a struggle for him. We couldn’t put it off any longer. I was so grateful they came to our home and he was so peaceful. Kate and Laura were so professional and so kind to him, gave us time to all say goodbye to our boy. Then told him what a brave boy he was as he quietly just fell asleep. They gave him the most peaceful end we could have hoped for.
