Outstanding team. I’ve been visiting the practice for over 13 years with my two cats. They are always friendly, helpful and will accommodate your situation. Most recently with our new kitten, where I felt I was given options of offers and packages available. (It has been some time since we had a baby in the family.) Wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank Diana, we had issues with my older cat, she was so caring and personal with his care, didn’t rush appointments and gave us alternative treatment options when we feared the worst option was our only choice. Needless to say with her advice he’s still going strong today. 🐱 Shout out to the reception team too, they always make you feel comfortable, it’s nice to be welcomed by friendly faces who recognise you and your pet. ☺️

This was my 1st time using the vets.I phone up as I had a poorly budgie, they said they had no vet that deals with budgies. But the vet would see me and see what he could do. Both the reception lady and vet were very lovely, the vet gave me lovely advice. Unfortunately before I could give my budgie any medication or try the advice given , he passed away. Not anyone's fault. I would definitely recommend these vets to anybody, if I ever have another poorly budgie i would definitely go there again.

We have used this vets for many years with very little problems but over the last few months it has changed We had two cats registered with them one at 15 years had an operation on his teeth we was very worried but the vet was very good and all went well however £700 to remove one tooth does seem excessive but we was please to get him back . Our other cat of 13 had to go on thyroid treatment again blood test £365 and had results back the same day seems a bit high. Medication £64 for 30ml but you can buy the same stuff on line 100ml for £46 but you need a prescription £25 still cheaper Unfortunately she did not react well and became very ill When we phoned they had no vets for two days and could only say google it and find another vet as we can’t do anything this is in normal working hours. We did find another vet and unfortunately she did not make it so we have moved our other cat over as you just can’t have a vet say we have no vets

Amazing vets! Every single member of the clinic is highly professional and welcoming. All questions were answered, with precision, by a vet. The vet came to us to talk, even though we hadn't had an appointment for a consultation. Bravo👏to the anesthesiologist! After his operation, there wasn't any drowsiness or complications. Our cat behaved like nothing had happened to him right away. Would I recommend this vets? Yes and yes! 100%. One of the best experiences ever as a pet owner. Thank you ever so much from Wilson.x

We've just moved to the area, we were previously spoilt by our last Vet who looked after our four Japanese Akita dogs so well that he soon became our personal friend (especially after saving Foxy's life following a snake bite). Black Notley Vets have managed to somewhat fill this void with the personal service and care we have been way too spoilt to expect. Thank you for looking after our pets and taking the time to explain exactly what your initial diagnosis is, what the options are and providing us with a list of options for us to then decide which route to take forward. That is what we call, excellent customer service.
