One of our cat's was in need of dental treatment and after a recommendation we contacted Riverside. The prices quoted were competitive but what swung things for us was the favourable reviews and the timescales given. The recommendation and reviews were not wrong, what a fantastic bunch of people at this practice. Everything was explained in detail but not too jargon filled to be overwhelming. We have another cat that needs some dental work as well and have booked him in. We were not aware that dental problems are hereditary especially in male cats. It's a shame that the practice is as far away away as it is, otherwise we would be swapping all of our cat's to this vets

Absolutely amazing staff and vets, they spayed my cat within a week of making the appointment, the staff were so helpful and talked me through the operation, assured me she would be okay because she’s quite small and were helpful and kind all throughout. One of the nicest vets I’ve ever been to and well worth travelling for! Thank you for looking after Morag, she is such a loved member of our family x

This vets is absolutely amazing, especially for my cat who has been coming here since 12 weeks old. I really feel like they put effort in to make cats and small animals feel as comfortable as possible too. Truly amazing!!

We came to these vets in an emergency when our beautiful boy Kovu came home with an injury that was sadly untreatable. It was so sudden for us but he unfortunately had to be put to sleep. Riverside vets were extremely accommodating to our circumstance and allowed us to take our time coming to a very tough decision. Staff stayed with us despite it being way past their closing time, and were incredibly understanding. Sadly I didn’t get the vets names, but from the reviews I believe it was Marta who was the head vet, and another veterinary nurse. Thank you both incredibly much for making such a tough time easier for us. And for the lovely sympathy card. We’ll always be grateful ❤️
