I have been here 3 times now and each time my 2 puppys have been very well looked after. The staff are so friendly and amazing! The only thing is each time I've been, I've been waiting ages to be seen. Saying that though, I'd rather have to wait and let them throughly check the other animals as I would like them to check my own. Keep up the good work 👏

It is so difficult to put into words the respect and admiration and respect i have for the vets in Fyfield, particularly Kathryn. The warmth kindness and understanding of ALL the staff i have never found at any other vets in the last 30 years of having pets in the area from 4 veterinary practices - and they are like this all the time! Kathryn has been treating 1 of my 2 springer spaniels for a long time now but moreso the last 3 months and regularly with a paw issue, the communication is always so prompt and informative she always goes the extra mile and gives time over and above the norm for me and my dogs and nothing is too much trouble. I trust Fyfield vets 100% and have made several recommendations too who now say the same. The premises are amazing always so clean with little touches like the mural wall for photos, individual treats and water available and a special area for cats, social media also makes you feel part of a little community. The price is reasonable and i know the medication is not marked up excessively which shows how committed to the animals well being they are rather than making money. Kathryn is so approachable and totally professional always asking about both my dogs well being and about me too which builds a really trusting relationship. I cannot praise Fyfield enough, all the nurses, all the vets, receptionist and manager, they are the dream team and i feel blessed that my fur babies have trusted, knowledgeable and trusted professionals caring for them.

I have found all of the staff at FVV to be professional, friendly and most importantly, kind. The level of care for pets (and their owners!) is outstanding. Being a new practice, all the equipment and facilities are new and a lot of thought has been put into the way the practice is organised and run, including separate areas for cats and dogs. I wouldn't go to any other practice.

Kathryn is the most amazing vet. She never rushes you. She is the only vet that has ever been able to take blood from our cat without sedation, because she takes her time with him. Everyone at Fyfield Vets are brilliant to be fair. Debbie on reception is a star. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visited fyfield vets today with my nervous little dog. What a wonderful experience. Katherine and Anil have been vets for our whole family for years and years and I travel almost an hour to see them. Their care and compassion for our pets is unmatched by any other veterinary surgery we have ever come across. Beautifully designed new, clean practise. I was seen by Katherine today. Was seen very quickly, she was confident and caring with my very nervous little dog. Pumpkin very rarely warms to people but she was completely at ease with Katherine! Very friendly and we had a lovely chat! Amazing experience from start to finish! So glad you guys are back!!
