Patch & Purr were recommended to us via Facebook - as we were looking to have some of our Dogs teeth removed. Ross was amazing providing support prior to the removal and follow up appointments to check on our dog. With a fixed price and costings that were affordable (especially with the rising costs of Vet fees) - an overall amazing service and have been recommending to all our friends and anyone we see walking a dog locally. Lovely staff and very clean offices and thank you for fitting us in at short notice - amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

‘Best vet ever’ doesn’t even begin to cover it. Ross and his team truly set the standard - and that standard is beyond amazing. The whole team, from reception through to care and aftercare, is incredible. I wouldn’t trust my precious Boston Terrier, Poppy, with anyone else. The advice and emotional support we’ve had since they opened, especially when she’s been poorly, has been second to none. Patch and Purr Saffron Walden is simply exceptional, and I would never hesitate to recommend them. Not to mention, their actual 'physical' practice itself is outstanding. The space is beautifully set up, and the equipment you can see is clearly top quality which again, is another reflection of the care and service you receive when you go there. Thank you to everyone at Patch and Purr, as always. Love Poppy Moggridge :) xx

We are so pleased to have found Patch & Purrs Independent vets. We wld not take our dogs anywhere else now. Great service, Ross knows his stuff, and I trust him 100% with all my pets. Great premises. We joined patch and purr due to having a bulldog with lots of allergies and also a very huge fear of the vet! Ross wasn’t put off by this and insisted we still bring him in, they made it at the end of the day so it was quiet, and although an in depth examination wasn’t possible, Ross gave us some great advice and changed his food. Because of this he now is totally off the daily meds prescribed to him previously! I feel like they really have our pets best interests at heart. We sadly had to have our elderly cat pts last week everyone at Patch and Purr was so lovely. Handled with such care with no rushing everything explained I can’t thank them enough. Service is always quick and all the staff are lovely. We all know that cost is a factor when seeking veterinary care for our pets but what matters more is a practice that cares about your pets wellbeing before the money that’s priceless in my opinion. Thank you as always for the brilliant service guys
