Visiting our local veterinary clinic in Romford is always a positive experience. We needed an emergency appointment. We were seen with 20 minutes from calling. Thank you very much!

We had to have our lovely dog put to sleep. At this difficult time the staff could not have been kinder to us or our dog. They gave us time and explained the process clearly. I would like to thank them for being so empathetic.

I would like to thank the team for their kindness. Alex Angel is one of the best vet that i have ever met. He was so supportive during our visit as our dog sadly needed to be put to sleep. I was not rushed and was given time to say goodbye to our beloved daisy. I been with one of there vets in romford since it was opened and always recived fantastic care with our pets. however, since Palmerston have taken over its even got better. The staff really do care it's not about the money it's about what's right for the animal. Thank you to Alex and the team.

I've been at the Palmerston Vet's for over 25 years and would never take my pets anywhere else, from the reception desk to the nurses and vets, they have all been kind and caring. Most dogs don't like going to the vets, but all 7 dogs i have had over the years love going there, their tails wagging they run around the reception desk squealing with joy to see them. That's the type of vet you should have.
