My dog and I have always felt welcomed, been.spoken to politely and dealt with promptly by the vets and reception staff. I always feel listened to and treated efficiently and teddy has no fear of going to his appointments. Reminders are always sent out for appointments and vaccinations and treatments due. The rooms are always clean and tidy

Really happy with the care and service at Palmerston Vets. The staff are kind, caring and professional, and they genuinely take the time to make sure both you and your pet feel reassured. I felt my dog was in very good hands from the moment we walked through the door. I can’t thank the team enough for the wonderful care they gave Princess. Everyone was so kind, compassionate and reassuring, and I felt she was genuinely cared for every step of the way. When your pet is unwell, having a vet team you can trust means everything. I’m so grateful to Palmerston Vets and would wholeheartedly recommend them. ❤️

I have recently transferred to Palmerston Veterinary Group after being with my previous vets for 5 years. Micah the vet at the practice has been excellent such a lovely man.My little doggy has ongoing gut issues Micah has taken time to look into this in detail and explained clearly to me. Our first visit was for a routine check, and it went really smoothly. The vet was knowledgeable and shared plenty of useful advice, and the receptionists were incredibly welcoming. Overall, a really positive experience with a great atmosphere.

Thanks I must update today how much I appreciate how caring and thoughtful the staff are at Palmerston vets. I have a long few weeks of anxiety and worry with the illness of one of my precious cats which has been made endurable due to their care and kindness. I cannot praise them highly enough.
