Wylie vets is morden centre, well laid with good parking area. The centre is clean and staff welcoming and professional. Its not my vets and only use it to visit a Pet Blood Bank (PBB) session So Charlie can donate his blood to help doggies that need Blood for whatever reason. Well worth the effort and trip. You know when your dog will need Blood.

We have been clients at Wylies for over 35 years and they have cared for and looked after 6 of our dogs over that time. Recently, our beautiful labradoodle, Willow needed hospitalisation with pancreatitis and after a period of recovery, then needed emergency surgery for a blockage in the intestine which turned out to be a peach stone! It is hard to put into words, the gratitude we feel for the excellent treatment she received which on both counts, ultimately saved her life. From the kind, sympathetic reception staff through to the nurses who cared for her in the hospital and then the prompt, professional diagnosis and expertise of the veterinary surgeons, the care was above and beyond at every point. Our special thanks go to Simone,Tinashe,Caroline and Pascal. Wylies has always been a family orientated practice and that feeling of the family team cascades through all the staff who are obviously happy in their work. This positive feeling transcends to the animals and owners who are often at their most vulnerable as they come into the practice. It plays a big part and is conducive to the recovery and well being of the pet. I am still in awe at receiving a 15 minute personal call from the vet at 9.30pm on a Sunday to talk me through how the operation had gone. My insurance claim form was handed in at Reception late on Tuesday and by Friday the insurance company had confirmed they were paying out so a huge thank you to the efficient admin team too. I have no hesitation in recommending Wylies and indeed have done so on many occasions. With heartfelt thanks from a very old Willow[13] who promises not to eat any more peach stones and the Piggott family.

Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. You are all fabulous and I will be forever grateful to you for saving Lily and also for the kindness you showed me xx

I visited Wylies on the 5th July due to my puppy Betty getting stung by a wasp on her face which swelled and panicked me. When I arrived I was made aware that they were busy, however the receptionist booked me in and I took a seat. The receptionist came over and sat with me as I was very worried the staff and vet kept an eye on her the whole time whilst other emergencies was being done. I saw the vet quite quickly and they gave meds. I had to wait around for around 20 mins to make sure the meds worked and that Betty didn’t need any further treatment. Myself and my partner were made a cup of tea while we waited and Betty had some treats. I would like to say that the staff and vets were absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcome as they are not my normal vets, the service and care was outstanding. Lastly would like to say thank you to all the staff that day that helped Betty. Thank you Jenny Biggs

Had to call Wylie last night due to an issue with one of our dogs. As our vets was closed. Was treated with care, respect and curtesy when speaking with Alison. She was very helpful very kind and informative. She made an appointment for this morning even though we were not registered with Wylie. Went along today saw a vet, had a good experience with everybody we encountered. The vet was great with Gracie, she needed a small procedure and we left her there. Had a call to say everything was fine and we could pick up our Gracie. The nurse, Ruby, was again very kind, very helpful, very informative & welcoming. The reception team was great, the vets were fabulous as to the nursing team. So much so we are now registered with them! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and for everything you done for our dog! Highly recommend this practice. The staff care, the place is immaculately clean and it was stress Free for us.
