We drive 45 minutes each way for our furbabies to have the best care by Manuel and his team at Ace Vets, and every single trip is worth it. We first met him by chance when our cat fell ill, and a few vets couldn’t find the issue. After running thorough tests, he found the cause the very same day, something our previous vet and their vet hospital had been trying to identify for over 6 months. It wasn’t for lack of care, but Dr. Manuel’s attention to detail, skill, and instinct made all the difference. That experience changed everything. No rush, Never upselling, just pure dedication and kindness. Years on from first meeting him, he’s been the best for our two cats and two dogs, we honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. Ace vets were absolutely fantastic with our lovely Humphrey. They were really committed to his care and always met him with a smile even when he was being less than friendly. Manuel treats my little Ted with the utmost care and love, as do the rest of the team. They genuinely care about the animals they work on and it shows. Ted is a 12 year old rescue and has chronic ear issues. Manuel has done his utmost to keep him comfortable and get to the bottom of things. He operated today and the outcome was even better than expected, I’m so grateful. I was fully informed of each process and my concerns were listened to. I was even shown a video of the procedure after which all helped put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend Ace Vets to anyone!
