First time at Thorpe Bay branch & all went very smoothly, was lucky enough to be able to park in bays right outside so made really easy. Staff were lovely as always & super quick, so could get in & out with no fuss.

very early for my am appt, they fit me in asap. no one else was inconvenienced. My cat, who is normally a bit skittish, is very comfortable with this vet. The vet also made suggestions that weren't designed to cost a lot of money, but make it so that I, the pet owner, had options. Friendly staff. Lovely location. We have been happen we since joined.

Our first visit to Medivet with our new kitten. Everything was on time and vet was friendly and welcoming. Lots of advice and guidance given so we feel we are in very safe hands.

I have never had such an amazing vet in the whole time I have had pets. Over 40 years. Johan and his team are 1st class. I started taking my new puppy from the moment I got her, she was very unwell and from a puppy farm. Within weeks Johan had her putting on weight, and after 4 mths gave her much needed surgery and support. She is now 3 years old and loves going to see them with every visit. She is my best friend, sadly She will have life long problems with her hips and back leg, But with Johans skills and outstanding knowledge, I always feel she is in very safe hands with him. Your are made to feel like a friend and tteatment is fully explained to you. ( unlike other vets ). It's more than a business to them, your made to feel like a friend, your much loved pet is a part of the family to them also. No treatment is carried out unless its much needed.
