Took my 11 week old kitten here to get vaccinated and microchipped. Vet and staff were amazing and so helpful. We set up an annual plan of £14.50 a month which included and covered all his vaccinations, microchipping and 2 6 monthly health checks and flea and worming medication for the year. Highly recommend this option if you have a kitten.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. However due to the male vet on this occasion, I was not able to go into the consultation with my dog for his six monthly checkup. This has never been a problem in the past.

Thank you to the entire medivet night team. My sausage dog had ingested a dangerous foreign body, I called medivet and they saw him straight away. They treated him safely, reassured us and did not add any unnecessary costs/treatments. I paid upfront for the service and after contacting my insurance company, medivet also completed the forms and sent them off for me which took all the extra stress out of the situation. Really great service and they saved my little mini sausage dog! (special thanks to Carmen for the help!)

My cat had an inflamed ear, we brought him into medivet who took a swab. The vet prescribed a cream and ointment, however it only seems to have made my cats ear worse, rather than better. We paid £115 for these treatments (including consultancy fee) and used them as required. I phoned the vets to say the treatment hadn't cleared the problem, and they wanted to charge a further £55 for a follow up appointment, even though the treatment wasn’t successful. My cat still has an irritated ear that can't be dealt with by them. I will make sure his ear is healed and he receives care, but it is stressful and this surgery is money-oriented and not very caring with pets.

Good service all the time. The only problem is they want money upfront and won't accept your insurance provider until after you've paid full price of treatments, this hasn't been an issue but I am nervous for the future, incase our fur babies need emergency treatment we can't afford upfront. I understand why it's done like that but it's making it harder to rescue/own pets. Maybe there are other options but that is not advertised openly. Aside from this I have no issues, everyone is friendly and communicate really well, I have no concerns in their abilities to care for my cats.
