The only vet that does house visits in Saffron Walden area. I couldn’t get my large GSD Logan to my usual vets and discovered Independent Pet Clinics. Karen attended the same day and visits once a month and carries out a full physical and mental examination with gentle comforting care. The appropriate medication is administered in order to make comfortable Logan who is 16 years old. Excellent advice, also, given to me as to caring for Logan in his advanced years. It’s comforting and now no stress for me knowing that Karen will attend and I haven’t got that worry of how to get Logan to a vet. A thank you, also, to Karen’s partner and the receptionist.

If there was an10 star option it still wouldn't be enough! Took my big girl Bella in today as an emergency she got a very sudden bad ear infection, not only were we seen almost as soon as we arrived the lady working on the desk was so lovely and incredibly helpful. Karen the vet what can I say she was amazing with Bella, she used to be nervous of the vets but she was so relaxed and happy during and after being seen. Karen have us different options of how to treat the ear and gave fully transparent pricing and the prices there are amazing and affordable! She is also now signed up to the care plan which again is soooo affordable and dynamic with what is included in the monthly costs. We are already looking forward to returning for her recheck in 10 days. Thank you so very much for everything today.

We took our new kitten here yesterday after lots of local recommendations and couldn’t be happier. Karen was absolutely lovely – she made us feel at ease straight away and was so welcoming with our kitten, who had his first injection, microchip and worming. The service was excellent, and the location is really convenient being right in town. Highly recommend!

Me and my partner had a disaster after buying a puppy that had worms and parvovirus without us knowing. He declined incredibly quickly so my fiancé took Monty down to Karen and her husband and I can honestly say they were outstanding. My puppy had a 20% chance of survival and the amazing people they are, they offered to look after Monty for a few days to find out what was wrong with him and she did. 2 days after he had a 80% chance of survival and the day after Karen was happy for us to take him home. I truly mean this when I say this, they put their absolute all into saving our pup and they succeeded. They truly are miracle workers and I will forever be grateful for what they did for my little Monty. We liked them so much the whole family are changing vet’s to these amazing people. I’d highly recommend these wonderful, intelligent and hardworking people. Now here is my little Monty today. Thankyou to both of you.

Such a wonderful experience. Both of my cats are rescues, one being very skittish around being handled and taking medicine. But being able to have home visits really made the whole examination, vaccinations and medication process so much easier on them. They even gave the vet a cuddle. Best vet experience to date!! You can tell that they are definitely an animal lover and just want to do the very best for the animals in their care.
