Took my 3 gorgeous kittens here to be neutered a couple of months ago, I qualified for the C4 scheme luckily, that alone should imply the person taking their cats into your vet is low on funds anyway. I was told by the vet that I could leave my cats there overnight and collect them in the morning by a male vet, he mentioned nothing about overnight fees, he simply said they could stay overnight, I assumed as no price was mentioned that them staying overnight would be a complementary good deed for someone on a low income, oh no! That couldn't be further from the truth. I left my cats there and trusted the male member of staff's word, my workplace was over an hour away from this vet, I went home, went to work and received a phone call an hour into my shift saying I had to come and pick up my cats, I reiterated what I was told earlier by the male member or staff about my kittens being able to stay overnight, she replied with no, you can't just leave them here overnight, there's no one here overnight to watch them, you should've organised your time better but you offer an overnight service for a fee, so you DO let cats stay overnight, you just want an extortionate amount for it (during a cost of living crisis, very smart 🤡). £150 overnight stay fee PER CAT! Do you seriously expect anyone to pay £150 per cat to stay overnight and when I wasn't informed of this before, I went into work early, trusting that it would be fine, only to have to leave my shift 1 hour in, because of poor communication between your staff?! Never mind my time management, work on having good communication with your colleagues! 1 star for the European receptionist, think she's Lithuanian, she was very professional, older lady, blondish hair and some variation of a Slavic accent, very nice woman with amazing customer service, unlike the English woman that forced me to leave work to come get my cats at a non-agreed and inconvenient time period. No wonder you have so many bad reviews. To my fellow British people, you are embarrassing the nation and putting British people to shame by not being able to conduct business in a professional manner.

The kindness, care and compassion shown by Jose the vet is amazing. So knowledgeable but yes listened to our concerns and did the right thing for Stella. The fact that he took time out of his busy days to call me to see how she was doing was just so unexpected. Jose is an asset to his surgery. Saying thank you really isn’t enough x

Lovely place, they also have parking at the rear of the building... was easy to book an appointment and got seen to straight away... I felt as though the staff was distracted.. could be any reason such an another animal in need of an emergency I dont know.. I just didn't feel like they was entirely happy... but other than that perfessional and welcoming.

I recently had a difficult experience with my cat, who was diagnosed with masses in her abdomen. From the very beginning, Dr. Louie was incredibly professional, empathetic, and clear about all the options available. He explained the situation thoroughly and compassionately, which really helped during such a stressful time. When surgery was performed, Dr. Louie discovered multiple masses and kept me informed every step of the way. His care and dedication to both my cat and to making sure I understood the situation meant the world to me. It's never easy going through something like this, but having a vet like Dr. Louie made all the difference. Highly recommend

Awful experience at this branch. Owner has been rude to me on two occassions. I feel i was over charged and when i explained why the owner was very dismissive, took no responsibility for my cat being misdiagnosed with a soft tissue injury when in fact he had an abscess, and just brushed it off as people make mistakes. My cat was left with a foot and leg that has swollen so badly, his been lethargic for days and even after explaining this, there was no empathy whatsoever. After being told multiple times that there was no puncture wound to my cats paw, the vet then tried to say it was due to a cat bite and said she had seen my cat multiple times for multiple bites when in fact she had seen him once for a singular bite. I feel she was trying to pass blame for the misdisgnosis on to me as an owner as she has previously made comments about me having multiple cats and how that is a life choice, not one she would make but a life choice. I feel she is very rude, very judgemental and doesnt care about the animals just the money. Edited due to owners reply: My cat is insured. As the practice was aware. And he was in the surgery to be neutered when it was discovered he had been misdiagnosed and sent home due to his temperature and neutering not being able to be performed. Also after receiving a complaint the owner has sent me an email saying she will be sending me an invoice for more costs. Even though the practice has confirmed there is no outstanding balance on the account and we was sent an invoice on collection which shows this. Very unprofessional behaviour.
