It was our first time visiting with our kitten Caspi. My kids were so reassured with the vet doctor about her eyes. Doc was sooo welcoming and full of knowledge and kept answering all my kids questions. I was very impressed.Thank you for providing a very holistic approach.

Terrible. Rude and unhelpful at the best of times. We regularly help neuter cats in the area when the owners aren’t able. Took four cats to be neutered there, one had pooed on her way into the vets. They said not to worry they’d take care of it. They then proceeded to add nearly £80 to the bill to cover flea treatment which was never asked for, nor did they ring to check this additional fee was okay. They said they needed to give flea treatment due to ‘health & safety’ whilst doing the operation. All was paid, on collection they gave me the female back in her dirty carrier, it had not been cleaned merely wiped with a tissue or something equally useless. Seems ridiculous they were so concerned about health & safety regarding fleas but would give back a neutered cat with a scar wound in a carrier smeared with poo….ridiculous! Watch out for hidden ‘extras’ also.

Great experience! Great customer service, quick apoinments, the doctor was very kind and professional by giving the correct treatment. My cat got well straight after the visit. Also affordable prices. I would highly recommend!

Unacceptable standards of care — I strongly advise avoiding this practice. My dog went untreated for eight days after I initially brought him in on 23rd June with clear signs of a grass seed injury — which I specifically flagged. I saw the vet on three separate occasions, each time explaining my concerns, and each time the issue was dismissed as a broken toe. By 29th June, the injury had worsened significantly, and my dog was admitted for exploratory surgery on 1st July — no diagnostic imaging was done before surgery, which meant they were unable to locate and remove the seed — which had by then, migrated deeper into his body, due to the delay. To make matters worse, I had informed the vet on the day of surgery that my dog had also experienced vomiting and diarrhoea several times during the 8-day period. This was not passed on to the surgeon, who prescribed medication that — according to the vet herself — should not have been given in that state. Her words were, this changes everything. Then — shockingly — he was discharged with no medication at all. I had to phone to ask, at which point the nurse offered to drop it off on her way home. But this would have been the incorrect medication, not taking into account the vomiting I had reported. This is appallingly poor aftercare for a post-operative animal. When I raised concerns with the practice manager, she completely ignored the issue of the missing meds, and responded with, rude and defensive emails. This is the same person who publicly complained about her own dog, coming back “soaked in urine” from another local vet — yet she can’t acknowledge the life-threatening oversight that occurred under her own care. She also manages multiple branches — including Loughton and Chadwell Heath — a fact that isn't made clear to clients unless you dig through Companies House records. I had originally planned to transfer my dog’s care to Chadwell Heath, only to discover it’s operated by the same management. In effect, this gives her control over a large portion of affordable local vet care, with limited alternatives nearby. This is something I’ll be raising with the licensing councils, alongside formal complaints to the RCVS and VCMS. Now, due to their failings, my dog has been referred for emergency surgery at a specialist hospital in Cambridge, where he’ll stay for at least three days. The cost is currently, £5,000, with no guarantee of success — all because the original injury was not treated promptly or appropriately. This has been traumatic, distressing, and completely preventable. Given this, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting a veterinary practice operated by Cheryl Lucas.

I got a annual vaccine for my New Mini Lop Rabbit. His 10 weeks old. Cost me £70 but the vet did a full health check and said his healthy. The vet was very nice and i trusted him with my little ball of fur. Would recommend this vet. Saw alot of people with dogs and cats coming to vets so im sure they are very good with all pets. Happy with the service will recommend
