Absolutely amazing! My boy is very nervous after going missing for 2 years I bought him for a check up two weeks ago and they were so good with him! He needed some X-rays on his face so he went yesterday for them my mum picked him up and dropped him off and the young man who took care of his was very good! I was worried about getting him back even more nervous than before but after my mum informed me of the compliments the staff had given him and the cuddles he was almost unhappy to come home and not get attention off of loads of people! Thank you so much for looking after buddy he’s going to be excited for his next check up and get some more love from everyone!

Such a wonderful staff of compassionate, professional and kind individuals - from the receptionists to the veterinary surgeons (and especially the veterinary nurses!). Kew has cared for my animals for many years, but just recently treated and cared for my elderly dog, Ruby, during a life critical situation. Challenge enough in itself, but my dog also has complex health issues which make normal operating and care protocols impossible. Kew LISTENED to us (take note all doctors out there!) and understood the issues and our concerns. They reworked medical protocols to suit Ruby’s particular requirements, keeping me informed at every stage. After a successful operation, Ruby was nursed day and night through her recovery period. She was shown love and compassion throughout - and the fact she is still keen to visit the vets is testament to the care and love she received (and has always received) at Kew. In a world of faceless corporate chains, this a refreshingly personal surgery with happy, caring staff, and its priorities in the right place. A real gem. I feel fortunate to have Kew as my animals' care team.

Our lovely sphynx had kittens, after going to new homes this little troublemaker got into something he shouldn’t of, the fast acting and the willingness of the staff to do their upmost possible saved his life, he spent over a week in the care of Kew’s and they not only saved his life but got him fighting fit to be able to come back and recover with us too. I cannot fault the level of care provided to us, or him and this special boy will forever be grateful to all of the staff he met on his journey, and he can’t wait to visit soon

No compassion for animals, my cat was run over and before he was perfectly healthy. For his damaged legs we were given the option of paying over £1500 or putting him down for £70. We paid 200 for him to stay the night and they said we’d have to pay more the next day but once it was paid we were told we had to pay an extra 200 that night. Disgusting business please don’t use they are money hungry and don’t care for animals.

I wish I could recommend a rating of more than 5* for KewVets! Our cat had bone cancer and required an operation/amputation; the consultants at KewVets were clearly knowledgeable, comforting and provided constant support to us during our time of crisis. He was well looked after and stayed the extra night at their express concern to ensure his wellbeing; he's now on his road to recovery as chilled out as he can be. The staff are very quick to pick up the phone and get appointments booked quickly which we highly appreciated during this time and checking up for any abnormalities; and their practice is incredibly affordable for the operations (Compared to several other areas we called leading up to the surgery). The consultants clearly take the time and bring compassion to the animals in the clinic as shown countless times- its incredibly reassuring to have clear and well thought out conversations with their staff over issues we were looking very bleak upon. I sincerely wish them all the best and will gladly be bringing our cats to them for check-ups from now on.
