I can’t thank the team at All Paw Vets enough — especially Alex! I was feeling a bit worried as an issue with my pup Rockie wasn’t getting resolved, but Alex personally reached out and went above and beyond to help. He took time out of his busy day over several weeks to check in on Rockie’s progress and made sure everything was moving in the right direction. We honestly feel like part of the All Paw Vets family now, and it’s such a relief knowing Rockie is in such capable and caring hands. Huge thanks to Alex for his commitment and help!

We recently transferred our frenchie puppy from another local vets due to them being extremely unhelpful. From the very first phone call, All Paws Vets were helpful and friendly and saw my puppy as an emergency, despite not being registered there at the time. My dog needed surgery to remove a growth on her eye, and Kuran, who has completed all of our consultations and the surgery itself, has been nothing short of amazing!!! Knowledgable, reassuring and extremely friendly. My dog has now fully recovered from her operation (he spayed her also at the same time) and her eye is now perfect!!! A truly wonderful, helpful and friendly vets and I would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone!! Don’t even bother with other vets, All Paws Vets have it all in huge amounts! Truly amazing!!!

I had a very poor and stressful experience at another vets with my fearful dog who can react defensively if rushed into handling by vets due to being restrained unnecessarily as a young dog - I’m so glad I decided to visit All Paws where I’ve had the most positive, understanding and supportive experience yet. For once I felt myself and my dog were not rushed or judged, every staff member I encountered - even the LOVELY receptionist - made us feel welcome, respected and most importantly supported - it feels like they are truly a safe space to continue our training to change his association with veterinary treatment. This practice should be the standard for how others aim to perform when dealing with fearful animals and their owners. Highly recommend.

We welcomed our ferret into our lives earlier this year and quickly realised that our local vets didn’t have much experience with ferrets.
