Have just registered my dog Bonnie here and have seen Eloise twice. Eloise was so kind and caring with Bonnie and put my mind at rest with my various concerns. I would highly recommend Spring Lodge.

Easy to book on line appointment, friendly knowledgeable staff. Even when I turned up on the wrong day they did their best to accommodate, which they did! Parking is available behind Tesco which is a short walk, the surgery itself is clean, with a small selection of goods on sale for cats/dogs. They have a yearly pet plan available for dogs/cats/rabbits which is reasonable.. and recommended on my first phone call to the surgery. Are their cheaper vets, possibly but the convenience of being a 5 minute drive from my house, means I will probably keep taking my moggies to them. I think for any surgical procedure you have to visit one of their other larger branches.

Fantastic group of human beings. We have been using Spring Lodge for many years. They truly love all the animals that go through the doors. They are very professional, kind and always compassionate. Our most recent visit was to say goodbye to our much loved dog, everyone made what was a very difficult time for us more bearable. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them and we will certainly be using their services again very soon.

I have used this practise for fifteen years and they’ve seen us through cats, dogs and rabbits! Always good service and advice. The treatment offered has always worked well and end of life issues dealt with gently and kindly. Never been put off by prices, I think they are competitively priced against other surgeries in the area and are worth every penny.
