We’ve always had a great experience. Zoe has always been fab with our cat who is really not a fan of strangers or the vets in general. We’ve also just met Robyn who is new and we’ve had nothing but a lovely experience with her too. Thank you ❤️

This was our first visit to Walton Lodge, we were greeted by the vet in reception. The vet was excellent, explained in detail all of our treatment options, we asked a lot of questions and never felt like we were taking up too much time. It can be a worry when you decide to change vet's but I'm glad we did, we now have a much happier dog.

Awful pricing Awful customer service by receptionist when prices were queried! Will never use again

The service was fantastic, the cost on the other hand in my opinion was high, £70 for the consultation and £46.74 for Isaderm gel (£12.99 online) all including VAT, was really expensive. Whilst I appreciate that as a business they need to make money, but………………..

Excellent staff who show they love animals and very happy to answer questions. We appreciated their kindness when we had to have our cat Holly put to sleep and fully trust them with the care of our current two cats.
