The Vets, nurses and receptionists are all amazing my dog actually runs into the building and all the staff know Suzie and make such a fuss of her, any worries or anxiety I have just disappear.

Took my mum's dog to Pauline's to have a cancerous mass removed from his gum. Pauline explained in enough detail the operation, what was expected recovery wise and what she achieved in removing the mass.
